IPF's core competency is in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. IPF provides full service in mergers and acquisitions and private equity projects; from identifying the partner candidates/acquisition targets and evaluation of the subject to the later stages of negotiation and deal closing. IPF is also active in project finance, advising the clients thoroughly in project assessment, structuring of the financing packages, preparation of the documentation, negotiations and closing.
